Wes, I was thinking today about how long Noah endured in the task of building that nutso ark. At what point do you think his faith in God's voice started to wane. Too many pastors lack a confidence in their calling. How about Noah. There were a lot of days in there where there was no flood. Perhaps a flood of doubts?
i'd say it was probably one of his most reoccurring sins...since people probably pointed out the fact (probably daily) that no flood was occurring. i think i'd doubt my calling more if after every time i spoke people came up and said i was an idiot. (and i'm guessing that noah got called an idiot)
